Such a great place and environment for all. Melissa is such a awesome dedicated person ❤️ she really care about the individuals who are at her gym. She works hard not only as an owner but she's really actively encouraging her clients as well. If your new to working out and a little apprehensive don't worry this is the spot for you there's no judgment only sweat and hardwork to be done to reach your goals .
