I love being able to be in and out in 30 minutes. Staff is excellent and knowledgeable. I’m a beginner but have learned much. Highly recommended!
I've been a member since July 2022 & I really consider this place an important part of my holistic health because it keeps me mentally + physically strong. The motivational warrior attitude of the trainers, as well as their technical feedback, is a big piece of what keeps me coming back. The 30-min circuit with no class times is also a great fit for me, as well as the daily changes to the exercises. I really love this place. Thx, Revengence & Hammer for seeing the warrior that I am!
Such a great place and environment for all. Melissa is such a awesome dedicated person ❤️ she really care about the individuals who are at her gym. She works hard not only as an owner but she's really actively encouraging her clients as well. If your new to working out and a little apprehensive don't worry this is the spot for you there's no judgment only sweat and hardwork to be done to reach your goals . Thanks for all you've done and do!!
