I had called to see if they had a entire strawberry cheesecake available. The young lady told me yes. I told her I would be there to pu in a few minutes. When I get there she tells she is sorry but they don’t have one. I asked her, didn’t you check? She said she thought they had one but don’t. If I wanted she could call me the next day to pu one. Not only do they not care but they don't back what is stated on doordash. The menu stated that all entress come with a salad and a roll. Then the chicken fried steak description says it coes with mashed potatoes and gravy. There are no options to choose veggies, etc. My order arrived with rice. salad, a roll, and fries. I called and was told (by Ryan) that if nothing is specified you get rice, salad and fries....despite the fact that it states mashed potatoes and veggies (which should be the default). Placed a to go order today for two loaded bake potatoes with grilled chicken. I picked them up and when I got home they had given me regular loaded potatoes no meat. I called and spoke to someone who stated they took the order wrong. I drove back up there to pick up the order, manager name Sheryl (Cheryl) said this to me. I know what you ordered and you’re lying.
