Dirty. Not thorough. Unfriendly.
My experiences at the 999 nail salon are very nice, their nail art is well done, especially the acrylics nails most used by the samba dancers who like the natural looking nail. Beyond the talented nail art, you get friendly service and a good talk, a professional and friendly staff. Its close to the dance studio so the girls don't have to go very far before a performance. This. Was the absolute worst experience ever I didn't even let it finish. I had an appointment at 5 and got there at 4:55. I picked a color and they sat me in a chair where I waits for over an hour! With just my feet soaking waiting. After the hour my friend was almost done with her full acrylic sent and manicure so I just decide to get up and wait. I love getting my nails done at 999! Everyone is very friendly and I have never been disappointed with how my nails look after. I love this place!
Have always done a great job with my nails and I take great pride in the way my nails look. Staff is friendly and willing to go the extra distance to make sure my nails look perfect.
