I would give zero stars if I could. I discovered a $7,822 collections account on my credit report--without ever receiving a single notice from this company. I had to break my lease due to a family emergency and informed management in writing, yet they made no real effort to re-rent my unit until four months later. I want to give a shout out to Tammy and all the management who worked hard for the wonderful Halloween party for adults and the kids.  I wanted to be a kid that night.  All the treats, cupcakes and goodies, face painting were fantastic. You could tell the kids were having so much fun and such a safe way for the kids to enjoy. I came to get food, which by the way was delicious. That's another reason we have a great complex and why I renew.

Yo personalmente NO recomiendo estos apartamentos si tú Salud es importante, esto no es para ti están demasiado viejos estos apartamentos qué tienen mucho MOLD o moho y no hacen nada para remediarlo y otra cosa cuando te sales de ahí te cobran todo nuevo, como la carpeta y todo lo demás aunque esté usado, nosotros vivimos 7 años ahí por la escuela de los niños y cuándo nos salimos de ahí, nos están cobrando $ 3,659 y aparte se quedaron con el depósito de $ 500 y me enviaron todo esto a collection, y les an llevado la telev... read more

2 stars for its great location and friendly staff. But if your health is important to you, than this complex is not for you. Constant leaks, mold, and water issues are only part of the issues we've had since we moved in 4 months ago. I lost many of my personal belonging due to an AC leak we were not informed of before moving in, inside the STORAGE CLOSET... so if you have important documents/ items the storage closet is not the place for them.
