Salon was recommended to me by a friend. I made an appointment easily over the phone. Walking in I wasn’t too sure what to expect, I was the only customer there. I just got a shellac manicure but the woman who did them was an angel. She was so sweet and attentive to my nails. Her prep was the best anyone has ever done. The colour was exactly what I wanted. My favorites place to go every month for my nails and pedicure. Small but busy salon with amazing worker as always.He even took a photo for me.
Very disappointed with my experience. I waited 1.5 hours just for an eyebrow wax, only to be assigned to a new employee who ruined the shape of my eyebrows and even waxed part of my forehead without asking. The wax wasn't even at the right temperature—it was cold and hard. When I politely asked the staff member who usually does my eyebrows to fix them, she was extremely rude. She told me, "Don't come here again. We don't have time to fix it," and asked me to leave because she said my eyebrows were "too hard to do." This was ... read more
