They are always so nice to me! My visits are always quick, in and out! Brisa, to be specific is the sweetest!!! We have great conversation as she quickly tightens my braces! Not mention my low payments 👍🏾keep up the great work $99 braces!!
So my child just was seen and the staff was friendly. Manny helped me today with setting up appointments that worked for my daughter’s schedule and even checked with the dr to make sure. I have to say he has been extremely helpful. Brisa is very kind and my daughter was excited she got the same tech again. We have see. Her before and she is always willing and able to answer question or go look into the issue and get you an answer.
We have been waiting on an appointment for over a month and today I called and while I realize it is our responsibility to keep track of the appointment I called to follow up this am. and the employee Dalia was less than accommodating.. She said they call and send text reminders.. Now they said they could not get her in for another month!!! I told her we could not wait that long and if they could not work with us to get in before then we would switch dentist offices (which we had a great experience at ) but they are owned by... read more

my daughter is currently in treatment with $99 smiles, the staff is very friendly and they have given her a very good treatment.
The staff at $99 braces is excellent. I normally go to the office in Horizon but I needed to pick up a retainer at the Montana office. It wasn’t ready but the office staff went out of their way to take to the Horizon office and we got it the same day. The tech even stayed a little later so my daughter didn’t miss school!! They were friendly and personable.! Thank you for making it right! Great service each visit for 2yrs +.
