My last visit was on 9/04/20 and the top braces were put on. My next visit is on 11/23/20 to place the bottom braces. My braces have not been tightened once. If your braces are not tightened regularly then your braces don’t work. I question if my top braces even worked because they were not tightened. I paid $400 upfront and $127.00 is being automatically deducted from my check every month. I am very concerned my braces will be ineffective.

Worst service ever!! I don’t recommend you take your kids there. Bonnie will sell you into a procedure and guarantees the insurance pays their portion, puts you in a payment plan. Months later they call you letting you know that your daughters procedure is NOT able to proceed because now she has a balance and if it’s not paid off they won’t proceed.
