We used Sonia to sell our previous house and to purchase our current house. She excelled in both areas and I would definitely use her again. When it came to selling out house, we received an offer before the house ever went on the market. I had the unfortunate opportunity to have a real estate transaction recently that involved an extremely unprofessional and threatening realtor named Sonia Guardado with 98th Meridian Realty who was representing the buyer. She was selling a highly valued home in an upscale community and thought it was appropriate to have the home turned over to us in an atrocious condition during our final inspection and refused to even consider paying for a professional cleaning.
