Horrible experience when I took my 5 year old daughter in for a possible tic bite the doctor came in and only took a glance at her arm which has all signs of a bullseye looking tic bite and he laughed and told me it was a misquote bite and never even checked her over!!! He was only in the exam room for less the 5 minuets I was absolutely furious! 98point6 is the only place I would go for treatment when I cannot be seen by my personal physician. I am always seen by a doctor, not a PA as most Urgent Care centers seem to provide. I like that they have increased their hours, and I can now also make an appointment online. I have been seen on 3-4 occasions in the past and am always seen quickly, and I am always treated well by the entire staff. I feel very lucky knowing we have an option such as 98point6 available.

This is the best urgent care center around. Over the years I've been several times. Today was no exception. The staff was pleasant and professional. Doctor Nao was interested in my situation and treated me with care and intelligence. I highly recommend 98.6 Emergicenter.
98.6 is a great place to go . I checked in I waited maybe 10 minutes. They took me back did my vitals, asked me what was going on . Then the pa came into the room and was very friendly.and asked what was going on & we talked about it.then he sent scripts to my pharmacy and then I waited about 10-15 minutes for paper work then I left . It was very in & out. Great when you don’t feel good . But I also did not feel rushed at all! The staff is great very friendly 😃I would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone 😃
My husband visited your center last night. Upon entering your clinic, the front desk staff said “Seriously! It’s almost 9pm. We are closing.” It sounds like professional development is needed.
I have been to this clinic on 3 different occasions. I would rate all visits 5! Not only am I greeted by a friendly efficient front desk staff but kind as well! Julie, Missy and Tina were all pleasent and eager to help! Mark (the nurse) works ER, so he able to give extra tips on how to get better faster and he is excellent!
