Dont expect them to ever answer their phone or be able to help you when you can get through. I tried to pay a bill and was told, "I'm busy I can't" isn't that your job though?
This company is an absolute scam they don't answer their phone. We told them to run our card. They said they were busy and they didn't and now they locked us out of the unit but won't give us a call even though we've been trying to pay them. Their website doesn't work
We've had a unit here for years. You won't find a better storage facility. The owner, Miss Mary, is the sweetest lady around.
