I have been waiting a while to write this review. I believe three years is enough. We have had constant issues with our water bill. We are being billed $200+ every single month. In all the years of living in Texas, we have never spent that much on our water bill. We were told that the cost is going up, so we went to every single apartment complex within the same vicinity and every single property manager has told us that we are being charged way too much and something is wrong with our meter or within the complex. I have to say that this may be the very best community that I have lived at. The staff are friendly, and the maintenance team are cordial and more importantly knowledgeable. My son and I enjoy the renovated fitness center. The equipment is amazing and well maintained. The location is outstanding because all of the major roads near by. I would recommend this community to anyone that commutes to work or works from home sense it is a quite community. Great place to live!
