I moved here two months ago, and so far, whatever issues arise, big or small, they get taken care of in a timely manner. All staff is friendly and makes it a point that they want you to be happy— Kathy, Ivy, Alondra, Alejandra, Randy and Joey . The neighborhood is quiet for the most part, and everyone is friendly. I gave it a four star because GreyStar itself could hire better vendors as far as the people who do painting and the cleaning to get your apartment ready- dealing with them was not a good experience.
Most awful rundown community i have ever rented from. They don’t care about their residents as people, care about one thing only, money!
Very easy to move in. Everything was very clean and well maintained. No complaints from us. Parking is a bit difficult, but nothing too frustrating.
Nice apartments. Ivy is awesome!
My daughter lives here. Her apartment is nice and recently remodeled due to the last tenant. Can't say that they are all nice. Her pool.area is really nice with chairs tables and couches. There are gas BBQ pits to cook on anytime while enjoying pool. Biggest problem here is their policy on parking, dont let a guest stay over without registering their car on an app......IT WILL GET TOWED! I gave my daughter one of our cars to drive, and it got towed within 24 hours. Cost me several hundred dollars cause she couldn't afford th... read more
