My daughter lives here. Her apartment is nice and recently remodeled due to the last tenant. Can't say that they are all nice. Her pool.area is really nice with chairs tables and couches. There are gas BBQ pits to cook on anytime while enjoying pool. Biggest problem here is their policy on parking, dont let a guest stay over without registering their car on an app......IT WILL GET TOWED! Management is incredibly unresponsive unless they need something from you, they’ve been getting better at answering the phones in the office but good luck talking to a manager if you need one. Parking is extremely limited even if you’re looking for a spot during the work day, no one pays for the covered spots so you will almost always have to park extremely far from your building. DO NOT RENT HERE! I WILL GIVE 0 STAR IF I CAN. My stay here for almost two years was great until I moved out. I was charged $600 for water and sewer in the last three months before I moved out. My water and sewer bill from Conservice was less than $60 a months for a one bedroom in the past two years of stay here. I actively communicate between Conservice and the apartment management as if I am an owl since February 2025 to try to find out why the bill was so high and the apartment just insist there was nothing wrong with the... read more
I was supposed to get referral bonus $500 for convincing my friend to move here. My friend moved in, mentioned me in the application. However, I never got the bonus. Every time I try to email the management about my bonus they never respond. I assume the current management might be involved in stealing these referral bonuses.
