The food was a little overpriced, but I sat on a table next to the window and the view alone was worth the bill.

Decided to dine in signature room, courtesy "The phenomenal view".. bit disappointed, was told that the entrees are part of overpriced buffet but, in reality none of the entrees were served on buffet table� Helpers and waiters were very slow.. Would go again but just for the view�.
View was phenomenal they were great able moving you around. Only criticism would be that the service was a little slow, kind of assumed when you observe the number of guests they are attending to. Believe they know it because there is usually some one right there to ask for help and they do get the right person to you pretty quickly. They provide an experience of comfort and awe. There was even a line in the ladies room for the view! I would go back in a heat beat!!
My husband & I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary in Chicago this weekend. We had a magical, romantic & delicious dinner @ the signature room. The restaurant ambience, the amazing Chicago view & the great service provided by Javier, our Spanish speaking waiter, made it all such a great experience. After dinner, we got to continue to enjoy ourselves & our love at the 96th floor.
