Always a great idea. Why pay to go the94th? Go 2 floors up enjoy a drink, snack or dessert and witness the most incredible view!
We had a wonderful experience! It is very upscale, you can expect to spend between $200-$300 for a couple; however, for a special occasion it was well worth it. The food was beyond amazing and the service was adequate.
