Absolutely stunning views, great buffet but wish the plated "made to order" dishes were actually made to order. They were plated very nicely but the French toast tasted like two day old banana bread that was remade into french toast and sat out a good hour under a heat lamp (was very dry), hence the lost star. Other than that, service was great and view was worth it.
Great selection of brunch food on Saturday, unfortunately our table was so far from the window, that was very disappointing!
Service was fantastic. Our dinner was perfect. And the atmosphere is over the top. Literally. The experience was so great that we stretched it out to almost 2.5 hours and still weren't ready to leave!
I'm really disappointed with this ,,famous '' restaurant overpriced. We've been there last night and order a risotto witch was hard, half cooked but my husb's steak was burnt and dried , tasting just of dirt from the grill, witch seems to not be cleaned for a whole day. Wait ur food exactly 1h, spend a 170$ and then leave hungry is sadly and disappointing .... we'll never go back again
I made the reservations online back in California and I'm glad I did. We went to the front of the line and were seated promptly. My son and I planned this meal to celebrate our time together plus I wanted to see the view�. Scott, our waiter, was wonderful, kind, attentive and took our photo so as to not bother anyone. The food was perfect! I don't know the next time I will be in Chicago but I'd celebrate here again. Thank you for a magical evening.
