Enjoyable evening. Good but not excellent.. Amazing view, staff very friendly, food not as good as I expected..
The view here is beyond spectacular. Waiters were top notch, always attentive and multiple would always see if we needed anything. Literally had no complaints and the food was amazing. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting fine dining and great ambiance!
I have been dining at the Signature Room for over 30 years and have never been disappointed. I was here three years ago and again just recently. The view, food and service is the best in Chicago.

Heard a lot about the Signature Room and this was our first time.Went here for our 21st wedding Anniversary...I was not disappointed at all from the Hosted and the Manager and to the table Crew (Head waiter-Carmen..ask for his section) Everyone came by and wished us a Happy Anniversary. The view is incredible but the customer service needs a lot of improvement, and the food was not good at all, my son didnt even eat his mac and cheese. Because of the price I was expecting at least average food. Next time in Chicago I would return but only to the bar.
