Who would ever recommend this place? Air B and B has been hosting these rental rooms at this location, which is illegal!!!! A law suit is on the way with this " so called" accommodation website. Tenants were never tested for Covid19. The whole building smells like marijuana as well.
I lived in the building for four years and it certainly has the best staff of concierges and handyman. They are all very friendly and helpful. However, the building management is terrible. They lured me into renewing the lease for another two years with the false pretense that they would make repairs to the apartment (including panting the walls) and it never materialized. Discriminatory practices conducted by the management company, UDR. Beware.
There is a serious lack of management here. No one can get anything done for you unless you complain everyday for a month and threaten to file a police report. Still waiting for issues to be resolved.
