We stayed at one of the Air BNB units (#213) rented by Lux Solaris. I had a dreadful experience at this Airbnb. One of my guests ended up with multiple bed bug bites, and when we reached out to the host for assistance, they accused us of lying and suggested we were just trying to get money. The host refused to confirm which bed had the issue and offered no apology or support. We sent proof in the form of photos of the bites, which were simply ignored.
