I have a lease with them worse property management I have seen. I have work as maintenance supervisor for 5 years and this corporate company does not answer to lease holders emails. Manager and office staff close work orders without doing them or showing up. They avoid all communication about any problems. They advertised pools, gym, laundry and not one of them work or ever has been open at all. Do not get a lease with them at any property. I'm close to the end of my lease now and I'm so happy to be getting out and gone for good. They are so nice at the beginning and they have a great sales pitch but it is not all what it is cracked up to be. I currently have a RAT in my apartment and no-one has answered the phone for me in the past 48 hours to help me with this problem. I pray I can cancel this lease earlier. My suggestion is to not move here. It was a bad decision for me.
