I love 930 NoMo! The staff is always helpful and courteous. I enjoy all of the resident events and the amenities. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to work orders and very friendly. I highly recommend the property.
Its just a college dorm. That's the best way to describe it. Gross, reeks everywhere, loud all the time, puts your rent money into hosting obnoxious and absurd parties when it should be going towards maintenance and other areas. If you're a graduate student or young professional new to Charleston, do yourself a favor and live somewhere else. Don't be drawn in over the phone like I was with them telling you it's the perfect place for graduate students new to Charleston.
