Obnoxious property manager lied that the complex offered no tours of any kind, despite their being prominently offered on the property website. This was after she took a long, complaining personal phone call. I can't imagine she's any more professional for the unfortunates who live there.
Expect to bring maintenance issues up multiple times before anything changes. AC performance in units is of poor quality. Location is amazing and the neighbors are all great. The outside of the apartments are well kept and offer more amenities than most places.
My experience with the office staff is hands down the best experience of my life, Carissa is a great Property Manager, And The Leasing Agent named Mattie is the absolute best at her job, Very professional and accommodating to the needs of current and future residents, The maintenance staff is top notch, A very clean property. Well maintained I would highly recommend that the full staff receive proper gratitude for their hard work. 5 star staff.
