****Update**** Maintenance Mgr, Mikey & Maintenance Asst, Trey are amazing! Both are relatively new to the property but both have a lot of experience and the workmanship to get the job done right the first time! My A/C went out. They took the unit apart, inside and outside components, and fully serviced it. A/C is now performing better than ever before. These two guys are alone worth moving here! They also identified an issue on my clothes dryer, ordered replacement parts, and will be back as soon as they arrive! Great team ... read more
Makes me sad seeing a few low reviews so I figured I would share our experience here. We love the apartments, the maintenance, and the office ladies. I will say maintenance used take a while to get to you BUT they are trying to get things in order from the previous maintenance, recently I have noticed them getting to us a lot faster. They’ve hired 3 new guys since we moved in 2 years ago and ever since, in my opinion, it has been great. Obnoxious property manager lied that the complex offered no tours of any kind, despite their being prominently offered on the property website. This was after she took a long, complaining personal phone call. I can't imagine she's any more professional for the unfortunates who live there.
