AC performance in units is of poor quality so you may be hot during the summer. The office did provide a window unit after bringing the issue up multiple times. This finally got the unit down to the high 70s but, for the price a window unit should not be needed on top of the central AC. Location is amazing and the neighbors are all great. The outside of the apartments are well kept and offer more amenities than most places.
Extremely unprofessional start by office management but things have settled and improved slightly after leaving my initial review. I really like the maintenance man Mikey however. It’s definitely not a very updated place and things break quite often but maintenance does well in trying to keep everything nice. The workout center is pretty small and dirty but the pool is nice. Overall okay for the price of rent.
Obnoxious front desk worker lied that the complex offered no tours of any kind, despite their being prominently offered on the property website. This was after she took a long, complaining personal phone call. I can't imagine she's any more professional for the unfortunates who live there.
Apartments are nice inside, some people don't like all the water birds, but I love it!!!!
I really enjoy it when neighbors decide to play their music loud enough for everyone to hear.
