DO NOT PARK HERE! DO NOT USE SPOT HERO! A TOTAL SCAM! QR code does not work! Gates locked in the morning. I had to beg a janitor to allow me to get to the elevator to get my car at 9 am in the morning! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Avoid this parking lot. I pre-paid online for an event, but when I returned to pick up, the pedestrian walkway was completely closed, forcing me to take a long, inconvenient route back to my car. Worse, the exit gate refused to recognize my online payment. I was forced to pay a second time, effectively being double-charged, just to get my car out. Unacceptable management and system failure.
Do not park here! This scam was sold to me through stub hub as a viable place to park for the Hollywood bowl concert ticket I purchased. After the concert the gates were closed and my car was locked in!
