Office staff is polite and really cared about my issues and getting me a quick appointment. Then the young man they sent out did a fantastic job. Will definitely call them again for ALL of my appliance services!!!
Fast and courteous. I called to set up an appointment to have my oven looked at. They scheduled the appointment quickly and the service technician was on time. They did have to order a part for it and it arrived in a couple of days. Found out it would be covered by the warranty which made me a happy camper! After all was said and done, I am very pleased with my experience with them from the girls in the office to the technicians that got the job done quickly and effectively. I will use them again.
We had trouble with our icemaker. Called factory appliance. They came out that week and ordered the part. Everything has been great and we have ice! Great company. Thanks ann
Three days before we were to leave on vacation, our dryer quit working. I called Factory Appliance repair, and they sent a tech the following morning. He was so polite, and had the dryer working in no time. I am so grateful to their quick response. I will definitely use them again!!
