Do NOT move here!!! 1. They lie about the elevators. They do not work. I told them my husband and I are disabled and need elevator access, it’s part of why we chose this building. They assured us that even if one goes down, there’s more than one and also 24hour emergency maintenance. They are all broke an maintenance doesn’t answer any calls or messages left. When I leased this apartment, Emily told me that the elevators don't break down frequently and if they do you can always call maintenance and they'll fix it within 15 minutes. Well, now that I'm here, the elevator has been broken for hours and emergency maintenance has not answered a single phone call. The residents passing by me told me that this is an every day occurrence. My disabled wife and mother as well as myself (I am also disabled) had to climb 5 flights of stairs several times to get our things up to our apartment.... read more
