Bottom line! bunch of Mexicans—-did horrible demo work, left a lot of toxic materials behind! so how it goes is—-they get paid,did a horrible job, I will never use them again and definitely never recommend!!!

On 9/1/2021 our basement took on water. We contact 911 Restoration in Kenilworth NJ for water mitigation services. Their response involved subcontracting to a “storm chaser” father-son team from Houston Texas who offered a proposal at 4-5 times more than acceptable fees. Our backs were against the wall. We accepted the proposal as our home was uninhabitable. At the 4:30am on the date of service we canceled and stopped payment on a $5000 deposit (no insurance/ no credit cards accepted). Cash only. The customer rep was very professional and answered my calls right away. The restoration team was on time and explained everything to me in detail. The project manager very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He assessed the damage and was able to explain to me what needed to be done. I recommend this water damage restoration service.
