I had a water leak in my bathroom and while the water leak was fixed adequately to the best of my knowledge, their air blower machines that they used had made deep rust stains on my carpet. The machine sat directly on my carpet without any barriers and caused deep rust stains on my wool carpet. What did we pay for? What did they "restore"? $2400 later, we still have a water-stained cracked ceiling, our wet insulation wasn't replaced and attic floorboards weren't put back, we have a hole in the wall they had to cut out to vent air in, and we're missing strips of crown molding and baseboard that they also won't replace. Again, what did we pay for? They didn't do anything but point fans at wet spots for four days and leave us with even more damage to repair than our leaky pipe did. I couldn’t be happier with them. I was overwhelmed to say the least and they took so much of that load away. They literally got the keys and let me go take care of my family and they took care of my home. They not only moved everything out, they moved it back in. They were the only company that said they would be here in 30 minutes. No one else gave me a response. They were available anytime I reached out for questions. I can’t say enough good in a time that was very stressful. Thank you for what you did.

Had an emergency Sunday afternoon and called 911 Restoration, they responded quickly on short notice, got the mess of a sprinkler pipe burst cleaned up and set the action plan in motion with fans and dehumidifiers. Someone came by each day to check everything and make recommendations. Highly recommend this team!

911 Restoration was quick to arrive, got the situation assessed effectively, and stopped the water damage from becoming worse. The entire time they were helpful and candid, even volunteering to come back a full week later to meet my insurance company's much less helpful claims adjuster. I had a great experience.

I highly recommend 911 Restoration of Ft. Worth. Not only did they arrive quickly, they were professional and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job from start to finish! On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the highest, I give them an 11! If you place a high value on customer service, the Ft. Worth branch is the one to use.

They were always here when they said. Had a few minor things but they did a good job cleaning up the water.
