The friendly, fast and professional service is excellent from beginning to end. 1) you call 911-restauration 2) you get a scheduled call from a local contractor 3) the local contractor comes by and looks at the scope of work and gives a fair estimate. I had an electrical fire which caused damage to an outside wall by the master bath and most of the damage was smoke-related. Paolo and his crew traveled and commuted to my northern Massachusetts house to mitigate by cleaning all surfaces, remove carpeting, put all my furniture and possessions in storage then return everything a month later.
