The valve behind my refrigerator was broken and Sadat Plumbing was able to come and replace it the same day. They were very efficient and able to replace the valve very quickly.

Called and they said what is your address. Gave them address they no showed. Called back to a lady with broken English and she says what do you need done. I tell her I have a small leak somewhere and she says oh no we don’t do that. YOURE A PLUMBER JACKASS. Don’t waste your time with these idiots

I called to schedule a service call. When I gave the woman my address (12 miles from their office) she said "We don't service your area and hung up."

I called 911 Plumbing Galveston Texas this morning because of a problem with a toilet not properly flushing. The technician spent 10-15 minutes walking me through proper plunger technique. He worked with me on the phone and tried a few things. Just as we were about to give up and schedule a service visit, the clog cleared. I cannot thank him enough. He would not accept payment for the help. This is true outstanding service. Thank you!
