I spoke with the owner more than a week ago to inquire about the price to clean our gutters and to schedule. We were told our 2 story house that is under 2,800 sf would be $109 even though I told him that our roof lines seemed high. He said that his ladders reached 3’stories high so no worry. When he arrived to do the job he said that Zillow said our house was 3,700 sf (which is untrue) and since it was taller than a “normal” 2 story that he would have to add $30 to the original quoted price.
