Yesterday (and for an embarrassingly long time before), I had two insecure garage doors, one of which routinely jumped its tracks and had a nonfunctioning automatic opener. A neighbor recommended 911. My inquiry through their website was returned within minutes. Their technician was professional and skillful. The problem was a broken spring. Allen said he could send someone by 3:30 but that time did not work for me. I had a technician out by 12:30. Gabriel had to drive from downtown to fix my door then drive back downtown to finish his previous job. This is not my first time to use 911 Garage Door Service and I highly recommend them.
These guys are terrific. I had them out originally to install a cheap Chamberlain opener from Home Depot. That went great, but unfortunately the cheap Chamberlain has failed on two different occasions . They have always managed to get to me within a day or two, and consistently fix whatever problem as quickly as possible (as far as I can tell). When this cheap Chamberlain fails again, I hope to have them replace it and the door with their recommendations to avoid future ongoing issues.
Don’t bother with this guy, he obviously don’t want to make money. I called him spoke to him, he told me he would call me back, never did, I reached out again and he said he would reach out the next day but didn’t. Don’t waste your time. As a business owner myself I’d never leave a potential client unanswered. That’s a 2 stars for me. Good luck.
Called at 2:30 and they arrived within 2 hours. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and had our garage door working better then ever. Definitely will use them again! Thanks for such great service.
