I’ve really enjoyed living at The Arts so far! The location is perfect—close to everything in Downtown and Uptown, which makes it super convenient for both work and fun. The building itself is modern, well-maintained, and feels safe. The swimming pool is a huge plus. The management team and staff are always friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about residents.
