THERE IS AN ACTIVE BED BUG OUTBREAK IN THIS BUILDING. It is not being taken seriously by staff. There is a severally ill hoarder living here who has brought bugs into the building through dumpster diving and the building has not taken considerable action. This has caused it to spread to the entire floor and perhaps other areas of the building. EDIT: The hoarder is refusing pesticide treatment.
