Unfortunately, I couldn’t complete the tour due to being late because of traffic. However, once I arrived concierge was rude and needs to work on how they greet and assist people. Both girls were not friendly or welcoming, and it made me not want to consider if this is a nice place to live.
I was strongly considering a lease at 903 Peachtree, but after doing my due diligence, I found multiple news reports of a quadruple shooting on-site in February 2026. According to reports from FOX 5 and APD, four people were shot inside the building during what appeared to be a security breach involving narcotics. While the building is visually stunning, the safety of the residents and the ease of unauthorized access mentioned by current tenants in the news are major red flags for me. Horrible customer service
The internet drops randomly without warning for 6-48 hours. There are 3 different buinesses that are involved with this complex and they do not communicate well. This leads to you the tennet with broken furiture, random power outages, water damge and more.
