I cannot say enough about the outstanding service I received from Samuel Longo at this dealership. On a Sunday, while he was out with his children, Samuel took the time to call me back and help me work through a very complicated issue caused by a clerical error at the provincial service centre that resulted in my vehicle being registered to someone else. Where do I start...car was delivered to me and within a month I called emailed and texted about problems with the vehicle. I begged them to let me return the vehicle because I wasn't happy. They would not help. I told them I needed a oil change and they assured me they did it Within a couple months I had to get a oil change due to it almost being empty and black. This is extremely serious and unacceptable. 902 Auto Sales placed a hard inquiry on my credit report without my knowledge or consent. I have never contacted this dealership, never applied for financing, and never authorized anyone to use my personal information. A hard inquiry directly damages a person’s credit score, and doing this without permission shows a complete lack of ethics and professionalism.
