I’ve only been living here for two months, and already I’ve had an expensive package stolen from the mailroom, which does have security cameras. I contacted Don, the property manager, hoping for help, and was told that there’s nothing he can do; his “hands are tied.” What’s frustrating and confusing is that just a few weeks ago, management posted photos of someone who stole another resident’s package or his , which shows that the cameras are reviewed and evidence can be shared. I've lived here for 3 years the management in place are severely incompetent and their duties are fulfilled with word salads and depraved indiffence. They have had numerous violent situations on the property if you live here buy a gun for self defense. I love the maintenance people but the management is severely incompetent. Beautiful in every sense of the word . I'm contemplating moving here. If I do I'll continue my experience here if I don't move o won't .
