I've lived here for 3 years the management in place are severely incompetent and their duties are fulfilled with word salads and depraved indiffence. They have had numerous violent situations on the property if you live here buy a gun for self defense. I love the maintenance people but the management is severely incompetent. Beautiful in every sense of the word . I'm contemplating moving here. If I do I'll continue my experience here if I don't move o won't .
I had to move out after my lease however J was super helpful through every step of the process if we would’ve stayed in San Diego we definitely would’ve renewed because of him. J was on top of everything and was able to answer all our questions. However when we tried to ask Don for help he was disrespectful, ignored us and made J take care of it.
