Terrible parking situation given the surroundings.
Impark operates exclusively on the principles of monopoly and soul-less capitalism. The only monthly parking available in most of downtown Winnipeg is from Impark. There are 3 lots on the whopping one block of James, identified only by numbers in their system. I paid $225 for one month of parking in one of them. Mistakenly, I parked in a lot equidistant from my residence identified only as a lot on James by their signs.
