Terrible parking situation given the surroundings.
Impark operates exclusively on the principles of monopoly and soul-less capitalism. The only monthly parking available in most of downtown Winnipeg is from Impark. There are 3 lots on the whopping one block of James, identified only by numbers in their system. I paid $225 for one month of parking in one of them. Mistakenly, I parked in a lot equidistant from my residence identified only as a lot on James by their signs. Great service
Worse parking service ever. I go there at 2:30 to pick up a pass and they close early. Come the next day when they open and no one is there. Very unprofessional especially with all the fees and cost they make us pay. Unbelievable.
