Bought the living social promo for keratin treatment. Called for an appointment and I got there right on time. I was asked to wait & after 15 minutes when I went up to the receptionist he says it will take another 45 MINUTES!!!!!!!! I have always had long, dark, thick healthy wavy hair. I explained to the stylist that i wanted a couple inches off, with some long layers. I also informed her that i almost always let it air dry and wear it natural. She probably literally only spent a total of 10 mins on the cutting. Jerry Titus is AMAZING! After literally years of frustration over not being able to find the right products to tame my baby fine, frizzy, dry hair and hairstylists who couldn't get my color right (always too red) Jerry nailed it the first time!!! My color is exactly what I asked for, I can now successfully blow dry my hair at home with the products he recommended and my cut is perfect!
