My Husband and I showed interest in one of the lofts for rent. I recieved an email about viewing the property either Thursday between 10:30am and 12:30pm or Friday between 1pm and 5pm. I emailed back immediately and stated that Friday would be best. I never received an email back. I get to the property Friday at 1:30pm to be told after calling 5 times that. The showings are by appointment only and that she wasn't in the area. At no point did she email back with that information nor did the first email state that. I really do... read more
They have been managing my property for over 5 years. Communication has been really great, which is huge for me. We did hit a bump in the road trying to find a tenant during Covid, but they went out of their way to do virtual tours and found ways to still get it rented very quickly!
