These people make United Airlines look good. Don't look at the Facebook reviews, look at the Google reviews. Every person who leaves 5 stars on Facebook gets compensated by 9and9 in some form. Do not move here. Ever. EVER.
Avoid this place like the plague. Dealing with management is impossible and the google reviews don't even begin to explain how frustrating it is. The location is not worth the price. At least one of the other facebook reviews is done by someone employed at 9 and 9. The integrity of the employees here is pathetic. I had to ask a question about my contract when I first moved in, and the woman at the office responded with "I don't know, I've never read it, I'm just the front desk person" and I later found out she lived here!
