This company chose to prioritize it s own schedule over that of a customer. After making an appointment for service 36 hours in advance, I was informed that the plumbers schedule had changed and that I may welcome a service visit 4-hours off the scheduled appointment time, or reschedule. Simple, objective, and fact focused review without any emotion. The experience was unfortunate. Take it for what it s worth.
If you are not using 911 plumbing, you will be! Dave is the only person I will allow in my business or home when it comes to repaires and Maintenance in regards to my plumbing. Fast, efficient, very reasonable and highly skilled in his trade. If you are in need of a plumber just cut to the chase, call 9-1-1 and get it done right the first time!
Very prompt and courteous service! Contacted me quickly and arrived promptly at scheduled time. Service was professional, and price was fair. Replaced a busted hot water heater which was located inconveniently on the third floor of my condo. Drained and removed old water heater from upstairs without making a mess. Provided a comprehensive quote before beginning job and stood by it. Definately keeping their phone number on-hand for future plumbing emergencies!
911 Plumbing was awesome, the problem cleared itself up so he only charged us for service call. He promised to be back if there were any more problems when our family came. We love 911 Plumbing, 5 stars!
a few weeks ago our water heater sprung a leak and I ask my neighbor if he knew of a good plumber. Her recommended 9-1-1 Plumbing. Dave was here in a very short time and took care of the problem. His prices were very reasonable. I am glad my neighbor had a good connection!
9-1-1 Plumbing is my new plumber of choise. Why? I had a loud noise coming from my upstairs bathroom. Several plumbers came to my home to TRY and locate the source of the noise. Mind you, I was charged for every visit. Dave with 9-1-1 Plumbing, to my amazement, figured out the noise quicker than it took to tell him what the problem was. He fixed the problem so that there was no more noise and charged a very fair price.
