Old siding had cracks in a few places and one corner was actually letting water in when it rained hard. They tore the whole thing off, found some sheathing underneath that had gone soft, and replaced it before putting the new siding up. The dining room isn't drafty anymore and that moisture stain on the wall hasn't come back.

contacted them in february, did the in person estimate maybe two weeks later. timeline they gave was april and they actually started april 10th so right on schedule. james hardie install took about 8 working days with one rain delay in there. the office called me the day before to confirm and the project lead introduced himself first morning which i thought was a nice touch. paid in two installments as agreed. nothing about this process was annoying which is rare

Good experience all around. Hardie install full house. They were clear about timeline and what would happen each phase. Crew was efficient probably four guys most days. Cleanup at the end was thorough. One thing worth mentioning is the project manager actually answered his phone when I called which sounds basic but rare these days. Finished job looks how I pictured maybe better

had water damage showing up inside near a window on the second floor. couldnt figure out where it was coming in. called a few siding companies and most wanted to just look at the window. these guys came out and said the issue was likely behind the siding on that whole wall and recommended we pull it off to actually see whats going on. turned out the flashing around two windows was basically gone and there was rot in the sheathing. we ended up doing the full house since the rest was old anyway. they replaced the bad sheathing... read more

redid the whole exterior with these guys. hardie siding new soffit and fascia and they also handled the gutters since we were doing everything at once. made more sense than calling three different companies. the quote process was easy. they came out walked around took photos and emailed everything within a couple days. price was in line with the other two bids I got maybe a hair higher but I liked the foreman better. install took about a week and a half. one rainy day pushed things back but they showed up the next morning re... read more
