We loved going to the Sweet Spot! Ice cream & food is delicious. Staff is exceptionally polite and prices are reasonable! 🍦
To add to this the girl seemed to be high and not responding what we where saying. Messed up our order. Tried making us pay for an additional shake when they just made us the wrong shake to begin with. To be served the right shake in a sloppy manner as you can see by the picture the chocolate chips sat in the bottom of my cup and I was unable to enjoy them throughout my shake. Every single time I go here they're fast and super great employees. This place is one of the best local businesses especially compared to places like double ds. highly reccomend.
Ever since Double D’s has gotten such a bad rep this summer, I have started coming to Sweet Spot. Sweet Spot makes ice cream and food fantastically, not to mention the Customer service is amazing! They’re more then understanding and going here is always an over all great experience. Although, going in today, I saw one of the girls was having a rough day yet she still tried her best and was still doing a great job!
Amazing ice cream & the staff is extremely helpful
just left and not a good experience. 7 people in our group 2 of the chillers we're over half vanilla ice cream with hardly any toppings and not mixed up. we had to ask them to mix them up. 1 Sunday was not made right and holes in the bottom of 2 cups. better get somebody in there to train employees before you lose a lot more customers
They are now serving Dole whip and it's amazing. And Staff is always super friendly. It's definitely our go to Ice cream place.
