We visited this establishment while briefly staying in Cody twice. On the first visit the restaurant was busy but there was no wait. The second visit there was a 15-20 minute wait. The hostess agreed to call us in our motel room located inbthe same facility. Our server was prompt, attentive and helpful despite waiting on a numer of tables. My wife ordered the salmon on the first visit and sirloin on the second visit.; she was very pleased with the flavor and quality of both meals. The Ivy is an above average restaurant attached to the newer Best Western hotel. Restaurant features a full bar with countertop seating and a few tables. The main dining area has tables, some of which are capable of accommodating 8 people as well as smaller tables in booth seating. In the warmer months they have some outdoor seating that is really nice. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. Best chicken Alfredo I've had! Really, REALLY great! Tables and chairs were clean. The floors wanted a vacuuming. They had a couple large groups sat comfortably. The larger area had booths and several four-tops. I arrived at the opening (Saturday 5pm). When I left around 6pm, there were 25/30 people having dinner. The pasta--as I mentioned -- superb! We had attentive service, excellent crispy Brussels, delicious crab cakes, and took home some sinful chocolate cake after confirming its rave reviews with a bite.
Love the Ivy!! Great open faced hot turkey and my husband loves the Ruben!
