Amazing staff, very quick to fix whatever problems you're having. I've had exterminator come to my unit whenever I have a roach infestation. Nothing is perfect, but super happy with the honesty of the residents. I can't praise the staff enough, one lady in particular, but won't say her name. Amazing work L.
Been here for 7 yeare the staff are great the building is great.
Its like a hallway house - prepare to fear for your safety. Management don't answer and when they do they just shrug and say oh well.
The price is not worth living there. Roach infested building! Roaches in the bedroom, kitchen, living room. Parking is way too expensive, they have leaking pipes on the ceiling of the parking garage of a white liquid substance that stains your car forever. I asked Homestead to help cover the cost of taking off this liquid substance from my car, they declined and said they would not cover it!
