The property manager is a mean person. I accidentally stepped into their grass patch with my dog and the lady who appeared to be their property manager told me I was trespassing and chased me away. At the same time there was a person with a different complexion with me who appeared like they didn’t stay in the cod who the lady did not chase them. Heating Issues in Winter The heating in my unit wasn’t consistent during winter and often felt very low. On one occasion, staff came to check with a temperature gun and found that the heater wasn’t on. I was told this was due to a broken sensor. Even after a fix, the heating was still unreliable on some cold days. My repeated complaints to staff and management didn’t result in consistent heat. Residents had to ask staff multiple times to check the temperature, and were sometimes told the sensor was broken. While temporary fixes were done, the problem often returned. Many residents ended up using their own heaters. Rats and roaches in abundance.
Mmmm not sure about these 1 stars but I've lived here 2 years and no complaints. People are pretty nice and management tries their best. It's an older apartment (no stove vent or AC) but I don't mind. The one thing I appreciate are that residents don't steal each others packages. With regards to other reviews, if you're concerned about pests (not a problem for me), go buy a $3/4 million shoe box. This is Toronto, pests are everywhere.
