It's the third mice we have. We have informed the building staff several times and they haven't helped at all after them acknowledging it
I do not recommend this apartment. There are bed bugs, roaches and mice. Reported to the apartment management team through homestead app yet no response from them even after a week.
Edit 2026 April. I want to start off saying I still like this apartment and it was a very nice find in 2018, but things have changed .... I'm changing my review and hope that prospective renters and management read this post. Pests have previously been here but its better now. The management is quick to service and help with other minor repairs. There are many tenants that have no problems but some units do. Just be aware.
