Bryan with 888 was very knowledgeable and didn’t try and talk us into a bigger system than the house needed. He came and listened to what we were looking for and gave us a few options to choose from. He also didn’t pressure us into any choices, helped us understand how a whole system or part system replacement would work. Overall we had a great experience with 888 and will recommend to any of our friends and family needing help.
They answered our call for a furnace issue in our rental unit. They were prompt in getting us an appointment. The estimate was quickly emailed once the tech found the issue. Repairs were done quickly and in a professional manner. The tenant was pleased with the professional appearance and conduct of the tech. We will be using this companies services again when the need arises.
Just had my first year checkup of my two high efficiency furnaces. The technician was professional and very knowledgeable. Photos and readings reviewed with me to make sure I understood service and that the installation was done correctly on initial install. This company is great with reasonable prices and technicians who know what they are doing! I also liked the great communication on the appointment and arrival time.
I Scheduled a furnace inspection because of Radio advertisement. Very easy to set up. The technician who arrived was Joe. He was friendly and knowledgeable. My furnace was 34 years old and never serviced. Joe did his inspection and thorough cleaning. While talking with Joe I decided to have him call his office to get a quote on a new furnace and AC.
