888 installed my AC and furnace 4 years ago. I can’t be more pleased with it and I continue to use the maintenance plan to keep it in good working condition. The techs are always on time and helpful with any questions I have. Thanks 888. They are now Mr. Fix-It and I use Mac Maintenance now. Would highly recommend this local company.
Communication and follow through is terrible. I went with this company because they have good reviews and feedback. I called on Tuesday(6/10) and scheduled for them to come from 1 pm to 5 pm on Wednesday. I was told the technician would call 30-45 minutes before coming. We never got a call so I called them and got some excuse about “40 calls”. Fine I’ll give you one grace so I rescheduled for today and was told we’d get a call for our time frame. We have used them for our heater and our AC all the technicians have been great and helpful. I never felt they were trying to over sell or anything like that. Sall was awesome nice and knowledgeable.
I won a free HVAC cleaning back in January. Very exciting. Guy did a good job, however he insisted I needed $1k worth of work done on my 3 year old AC system. I asked for a quote with line items on the specific work that needed to be done. I reached out to him the following week and called the company stating he said he would send a quote.
