Communication and follow through is terrible. I went with this company because they have good reviews and feedback. I called on Tuesday(6/10) and scheduled for them to come from 1 pm to 5 pm on Wednesday. I was told the technician would call 30-45 minutes before coming. We never got a call so I called them and got some excuse about “40 calls”. Fine I’ll give you one grace so I rescheduled for today and was told we’d get a call for our time frame. I won a free HVAC cleaning back in January. Very exciting. Guy did a good job, however he insisted I needed $1k worth of work done on my 3 year old AC system. I asked for a quote with line items on the specific work that needed to be done. I reached out to him the following week and called the company stating he said he would send a quote. A couple of years ago we had 888 out to replace our heating and A/C units for our primary floor and they have worked as expected, so we just had them out again to install new units for our basement. Bryan with 888 was very knowledgeable and didn’t try and talk us into a bigger system than the house needed. He came and listened to what we were looking for and gave us a few options to choose from. He also didn’t pressure us into any choices, helped us understand how a whole system or part system replacement would work. Overall we had a great experience with 888 and will recommend to any of our friends and family needing help.
The team was fantastic. They techs arrived on time, were extremely courteous, and maintained a high level of professionalism. They completed the work efficiently, ensured everything was up to code and took the time to answer any questions I had.
