So I wasn't actually there but my wife and her sister recently stayed there and had some negative experiences. They arrived around 10:00 at night and their room wasn't even ready or setup. Fortunately management set them up in a different room for that night but that meant they had to unpack and then repack the next morning again to move to the room they were supposed to be in, and they comped the 1st night for them for that inconvenience. We had a wonderful stay at this short-term rental. The hosts were very considerate, especially allowing us an early check-in since we were traveling with older family members. It made a big difference after our long flight. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our family. The location was also ideal—convenient and in a nice area that let us easily explore and enjoy the local spots. Do not rent an apartment in this complex. Trust me, you can find much better options for the same price. These were the worst one and a half years of my life. First of all, the walls in the apartment are so thin that you will definitely hear your neighbors all the time—even their snoring. The management here is terrible; they never solved anything. From the very first day I moved in, my bedroom window was leaking. Maintenance came about ten times to fix it, and each time, it continued to leak. Imagine how exhausting that was... read more
This apartment is gorgeous. The room is super clean with daily life necessities. When you live in it, it feels like your home and you can enjoy your stay in Bay Area. And also, whenever you encounter any problems, the apartment owner will deliver quick response and help to solve the problems right away. Definitely we will choose here again once we return to Bay Area.
