Good morning, Management Team! I wanted to take a moment to say a huge THANK YOU to our maintenance team... Mel, Gene and David!! I've noticed that our community has really been looking great!! I've even seen the fence painted along with the speedbumps... The upkeep of the property has improved soooo much!!! Whenever I have a maintenance issue which is not too often, they are quick to respond! I have a handicap and Mel takes my garbage from the front porch when she notices the garbage has not been picked up by the valet WITH... read more
Pro: The staff and management in the Cleaning crew are very friendly and they maintain the environment. The Lake view is beautiful attached with the fountain in the center of the lake. Additionally, I like the wildlife like the fish, the turtles and the beautiful ducks. Con: The residence the/tenants they don’t respect the environment. There’s trash and littering. I believe the tennis should have some common decency and respect their environment because we are paying for it.
They will charge you $100 to fix your blinds without permission and without informing you of the charge. They have back porches with loose railing and the woods floor outside is loose and moves when stepping on it. They have other things to fix but they are more worried on charging things that no one asked for.
