The building looks nice, with modern upgrades, great amenities, and a good location, but the management is absolutely terrible. Both Alex (realtor) and Abby (manager) were unresponsive. After our apartment viewing, we tried calling and messaging Abby for 2 weeks and got no reply — about 5 calls and many messages ignored. The main office redirected us back to her, and still no response. Alex also stopped replying after the tour.
