Not profitionals at all, don't recommend,
I encountered a little Chinese lady who was shockingly rude, condescending, and completely unhelpful, refusing to assist me. She demonstrated no knowledge of watches and carried an unwarranted sense of superiority, making the experience thoroughly frustrating. Never again!
