Cindy was fast to respond and showed me all the available options and also gave me the move in specials. We simply love the location of the apartment and it is new and has a nice swimming pool, gym, study room, and entertainment center. We highly recommend this place.

Have lived here for 3 years. This is NOT a luxury apartment by any means. I’ve spent the last year trying to get my air conditioning fixed. For most of the past 2 summers we’ve had no A/C. We pay 4K in rent. We have had over 5k in property stolen off our back porch. Our 4K scooter stolen in the “secure” parking garage. I’ve been physically assaulted on my porch. You go to use the pool to numerous parties and loud music. Go to throw out your trash and it’s filled with trash bags with the chuts completely full of garbage. Rats... read more
Visited the 88 at Alhambra Place on 7/17/2025. It is a very well maintained beautiful and luxury apartment. Cindy C provides me a thorough tour with helpful information. She is very professional and detail oriented. I highly recommend her and this complex for those who are in the market!
I’ve been living here for almost three years and really enjoy the environment and amenities. The staff are very attentive and professional, especially Ms. Cindy from the leasing office. She has always been warm, patient, and consistently provides excellent service.
