I’ve been living here for almost three years and really enjoy the environment and amenities. The staff are very attentive and professional, especially Ms. Cindy from the leasing office. She has always been warm, patient, and consistently provides excellent service.
Beautiful and quiet apartment complex with a convenient location near local stores. Features include a well-maintained environment, an exclusive parking garage, and a kind, professional leasing staff—especially Cindy, who has been great to work with. One downside for me: in the one-bedroom unit, the kitchen and bathroom are quite spacious, which makes the living room and bedroom feel a bit smaller than expected. That said, I’ve had no complaints about the management team so far.
I moved here about 2 months ago and have absolutely loved it ever since! The location is a prime spot if you love a variety of places to eat, hang out, and have fun! So close to Pasadena and DTLA that makes it perfect to explore! The amenities are great and it shows how much care they put towards them as they remain clean and in great conditions! Cindy was incredibly helpful and made the whole leasing process smooth and stress-free. She was patient, responsive, and always professional. I really appreciated how clearly she explained everything and how easy she made it to get settled in.
Just moved from out of state and the staff was very accommodating to my needs. Super friendly staff and the units itself are nice. The common amenity areas are kept clean everyday and the location is perfect.
